If you are a parent or student and are having issues accessing the Infinite Campus parent/student portal, please contact your local school district for assistance.

My username, email or password don't work when I sign in

If your sign in details aren't being accepted, here are some things to try:

  • First, check to make sure that you have correctly entered your sign in details and that caps lock is not turned on.
  • Verify that you are entering your CampusID details and not those for another Infinite Campus service.
  • If you are using your username to sign in, try entering your email address instead.
  • If your browser or another tool saves and automatically enters your password for you, try manually entering it instead.
  • If you are still unable to sign in, it could be your password. Try resetting it.

I've forgotten my password

If you've forgotten your password, enter your email address in the box below and click continue. We'll send you an email with a link that you can use to create a new password. For security reasons, we are unable to provide you with your current password.

If you no longer have access to the email account associated with your CampusID, please contact your district support personnel and ask that they create a Campus Support Ticket on your behalf.

I keep getting redirected back to the sign in screen

If you are being redirected back to the sign in screen instead of the site you are trying to access, please make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies. We use temporary cookies to let you to go between services without having to sign in again.

If your browser doesn't accept cookies, our systems won't be able to determine if you are signed in and will redirect you back to the sign in screen.
